Installed a maintenance shop to store tools and equipment for the park. We also store our sand toys in there. Even added tubing in the floor for heating the space. We are surprised how a big space can fill up quickly.
We added two block walls to hold back the hillside. This provides us more area for parking and utilized the hillside better. Even though this was not easy to do, but they sure are nice when they are done. Kind of fun running the big excavator. Watch those fingers!!
We installed cyclone fencing with slats for a private feel, not that our neighbors are a problem. They are actually very nice.
We are excited! We added power to our parking sites. Most have 50/30/20 capability. No generators needed to maintain batteries.
Future Plans:
Projects to enhance our park. Provided here in no particular order...
- Install more permanent showers and restrooms.
- Add a nice playground for kids.
- Enhance walking and dog trails on the hillside.
